We’re hiring Ice Cream Scoopers!

We’re looking for Ice Cream Scoopers to join our fun, fast-paced summer team. This position is a temporary contract running from March, April or May to September.

As a Seasonal Ice Cream Scooper, you play a vital role in bringing our mission to life by creating a second-to-none customer experience. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced shop environment, ensuring that every customer receives a consistently excellent product and experience. By joining our Kind team, you contribute directly to providing a fun energy at our shops while working hard to meet the standards we are known for.

Expectations

  • Work with positivity, enthusiasm and a willingness to grow

  • Loves connecting with the community and customers and is able to provide outstanding 1:1 attention to each person who enters the shop

  • Great stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment; must be able to lift 25lbs+ and perform repetitive tasks

  • Reliable, on-time and ready to work hard each and every shift

  • Understands the importance of inclusivity and is prepared to treat all team members and customers with respect regardless of differences

Availability

In order to meet the needs of changing weather and busy summer days, we look for scoopers with availability during weekdays and weekends, days and evenings, and a willingness to work a minimum of 3 shifts in any given week.

Summer in Edmonton is fun, but short. Because summer goes quickly, we’re looking for scoopers who are able to work summer from beginning to end and may not be able to accommodate long vacations or extended time off during the summer.
